Green food colouring from TRS intended to give a uniform green tone to sweet or savoury preparations. It is a useful choice when you want a familiar spice or ingredient for Indian cooking. Its character works equally well in everyday recipes and traditional preparations.
How to use it. Add a very small amount and mix well; increase gradually until you reach the colour you need.
Best for. Indian baking, doughs, icings and festive preparations. Keep the pack tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Sodium chloride (79.9%), tartrazine *E102 (18%), brilliant blue FCF *E133 (2.1%). Colours E102 and E133 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
